MBA Admission Procedure and eligibility

Step 1: Check Eligibility Criteria
✅ Candidates must have:
- A bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) from a recognized university.
- At least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
- A valid entrance exam score from CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, etc.
Step 2: Appear for MBA Entrance Exam

Step 3: Apply for MBA Colleges
✅ After receiving your entrance exam score, apply to Tagore college of Management through:
- Direct application on the college website.
- Visit College and fill Registration form
- Common Application Portals like CAT portal, MAT portal, CMAT, ATMA, etc.
Step 4: Selection Process (GD-PI-WAT)
After shortlisting, our college conduct three rounds of selection:

Step 6: Receive Admission Offer & Pay Fees
✅ If selected, candidates receive an admission letter via email.
✅ To confirm the seat, pay the admission fee before the deadline.

Step 7: Document Verification & Enrollment
📑 Required documents for admission:
- 10th, 12th & Graduation Mark Sheets & Certificates
- Post Graduation (if applicable)
- TC,CC, Migration (Original)
- Entrance Exam Scorecard
- ID Proof (Aadhar, Passport Size Photo, etc.)
- Domicile Certificate
- Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Work Experience Certificate (if applicable)
✅ Complete the document verification process and finalize the admission.
Step 8: Orientation & Start of Classes
🎓 Attend the orientation program to get familiar with faculty, batchmates, and the curriculum.
📖 MBA classes commence as per the academic calendar.

Scholarship Criteria for ST, SC, and OBC Students
Tagore College of Management, Sakri, Bilaspur
To promote education and support students from marginalized communities, Tagore College of Management provides scholarships of approximately ₹30,000 per year to eligible ST, SC, and OBC students based on the following criteria:
- Eligibility Criteria
✅Category: Must belong to Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC), or Other Backward Classes (OBC) (Non-Creamy Layer).
✅Academic Performance: Minimum 45% marks in the last qualifying examination.
✅Annual Family Income: As Per Govt. Norms
- ST/SC students: Less than ₹2.5 lakh per year
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) students: Less than ₹1.5 lakh per year
✅Admission Status: Must have secured admission into the MBA program at Tagore College of Management.
✅Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance required in each semester to continue receiving the scholarship.
- Scholarship Amount & Benefits
- Total Scholarship: ₹30,000 per year .
- Renewal is subject to satisfactory academic performance and attendance.

- Bank account details (for scholarship disbursement)

📌Step 4: Scholarship approval & disbursement to eligible students.
- Scholarship Renewal Criteria
- Maintain a minimum 50% marks in each semester.
- No disciplinary action or misconduct.
- Maintain required attendance (75%).
